Shamrock Shanty offers the following return policy: Within seven days of receiving your order, it may be returned, in new, unused condition to Shamrock Shanty with a receipt/invoice for an exchange or refund. Items returned for a refund will be credited to your credit card account (shipping cost will not be reimbursed). Items returned without a receipt will be credited with store credit only. If it is determined that the merchandise returned has been used or is in non-resaleable condition, it will be returned to the customer, who will be responsible for shipping costs. In the event merchandise is defective/damaged, we will be happy to exchange it for an Exact Duplicate Only. However, you must notify us immediately upon receiving the order and return the defective item to us within seven days after you receive it. In order to expedite this process, please e-mail us (or call) explaining the reason for your return/exchange along with your full name, address, and phone number, the item number if possible, a description of the item and any other pertinent information (including information like the new size needed, if applicable).
